After the Rain

This afternoon in matter of seconds the sky turned out gray, dark clouds covered the blue and tunders started to be heard out loud. A hard core rain to follow...I though this is not going to stop today!!, it's crazy!!!

Well... I was wrong.. the storm ceased in a little over than 1 hour, and this amazing double rainbow colored the sky to our delight!.. (look closely there are 2 rainbows!!!)

We ran to the roof top to see the show, here's my guero..

Sometimes I'm like that.. jaja.. super happy and bright like a sunshine day , then I might get upset/sad or turn into a storm.. but ALWAYS the sun comes back to shine again and a rainbow colors my heart..

We are stoked to see this wedding publication hit the news stand. We managed to get one of our weddings featured in 16 regional magazines throughout the United States. This article will appear in all 16 editions of the Fall/Winter 2009 issue of Brides Local Magazines to a combined circulation of over 1 million. The issue will remain on the news stand for 6 months.

Maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our vendors has always been super important priority for us and we feel there is nothing stronger than this national publication effort.

Dan and Sandra, Gracias! for allowing us to come and play, we enjoy every bit of it!..

Rodrigo, my super second shooter and assistant, helped me with my off camara flash, that was crucial for this session.

I LOVE trees, and in this image, I felt the tree was embracing them in a love hug

We did this session at two different locations in Playa del Carmen, the last one is a beach we like to call "Sunset Beach" as it's the only place in Playa where you can see the sun setting.

Event organizers Alicia Echeverria from the OVC Cancun, Josefina Luna of the fabulous JW Marriot Hotel and Mariela Hernandez of the Luxury Avenue Boutique Mall coordinated the 2009 Septiembre Mes del Romance, celebrating weddings in Cancun.

Attendants included national and international wedding coordinators and many industry leading wedding magazines such as Bodissima, Martha Stewart Weddings, Kena Novias, Fernanda, Fiance , Southern Brides, Insider Magazine, and Premiere Bride.

Also, special thanks to the travel agents, public relation agents, and of course the awesome press media support: Caribbeanweddings.com , Islandtravelspecialists.com , mktravel.com , vallartasviptravel.com , TravelStoreusa.com and newlink-group.com.

We would like to extend a special thank you to all those who participated to make this event happen. We would like to encourage everybody to come and "Enamorate en Cancun" (Fall in love in Cancun)! We did!

This couple (Manuel Peralta y Susan Garett) was honored at the opening of the show. They were high school sweethearts that managed to live separate lives away from each other only to be reunited 7 years ago in Cancun, later deciding to have their wedding there. Hopeless romantics! More killer flower setups by Vanessa.

We had a lucky visit by Sol's father Carlos Tamargo and her sister, Carla. We featured some of our Trash the dress images on this display to promote the movement of these photo sessions that literally are "out of this world".

These banners were about 15 feet long, some of the biggest prints we have ever produced. The mall was decorated with many different photos to showcase the beauty of Cancun and the Riviera Maya's locations for weddings.

Terry & Yamille were both married at Paradisus Riviera Hotel, in Puerto Morelos Mexico. Special thanks to Perla Cervantes (wedding coord) for her awesome hospitality!

The sky was acting like it wanted to RAIN OUT!

Terry, an active meterologist, had his eye on the sky and was convinced that his day would NOT get rained on...

The girls leave the room for the big day

but first, Terry & Yamille wanted to do a see each other for the first time and have a private moment.

all he could do was cry his eyes out when he saw her walking down the isle, even though they had already officially seen each other.... what a romantic!
