Everybody needs a laugh now and then, especially our blog stalkers (and you know who you are). HA, jk. If the winter days and nights have a firm grip on your world and you need a break from all that madness, come no further. If you are planning a wedding, especially virtually, you know there are a million things that can go wrong on a wedding day. On the lighter side of it all, some of those things actually make us laugh very hard in retrospect.

Sol shot this pic at the Omni Puerto Aventuras when she was waiting for the bride to walk down the isle. Most people (including photographers) just watch this type of thing happen and its gone before they can even muster the energy to pull the trigger on the camera. Great work Sol.... Love this one!

This weekend, I am shooting a wedding at a killer little boutique hotel in Puerto Morelos, a small city on the Riviera Maya Coastline. The turquoise waters in front of Ceiba del Mar are always breathtaking and every time I show up to shoot, I just want to JUMP IN for a swim. They also have a pier which serves as a super secondary location for small weddings and receptions. If you are browsing locations here, we recommend that you give this one a thought.
