Vincent is the first associate photographer for del Sol photography

His motivation behind the camera comes from the joy of interacting with people in ordinary circumstances and observing life as it happens.  His passion for traveling and new experiences landed him in Playa del Carmen Mexico in 2006.  Originally from France, he worked several years studying photography and exploring his love for watching and photographing life.  He has a fun and charming personality and always brings positive energy to his experiences.  Vincent has also managed to learn to speak English, Spanish, and if you’re lucky, you can hear him speak French, all in the same sentence!

Vincent also owns and runs a portrait photography company operating his offices inside an Inclusive resort nearby to Playa del Carmen.  He manages a crew of employees and a staff of photographers and interns that cycle in and out of the photography program.    His creative team specializes in creative candid lifestyle photography.     Through this experience, he has further crafted his ability to interact with individuals, working with photo subject, training staff and keeping high expectations for exceptional quality delivery.

His clients should expect him to document their event photo-journalistically as the primary photographer.  It is likely he will work with an assistant on the day of the wedding to deliver a portfolio of images to the del Sol studio.   These images will then go through a proprietary process of selection and edition, which completes the total del experience. 

Melissa manages the day to day operations of del Sol Photography including being available for all of our amazing clients, sales, production, networks and systems, and the list goes on...   Her role is crucial to the mission statement of del Sol and the entire team.  

Melissa is also a photographer and a fine artist.  She is a graduate of the Art Institue of Colorado at Denver and has spent the last 10+ years of her life dedicated to the photography industry.   As a former Apple Genius (we use Macs at del Sol) and a technical magician when it comes to the nuts and bolts of the photography operation, we hope to help her continue on the path of being the fine tuned Swiss Army knife that she already is.

Her propensity for all things adventurous and new has brought her to Playa del Carmen.  Her passion for life and photography will hopefully keep her here for many moons to come.

Del Sol welcomes Chesira Pizzini to the team. 

Chesira is originally from La Paz in the Baja Peninsula and moved to the Playa del Carmen in 2003.  She lives here with her husband and new baby boy, Eliu.   Eliu is turning 12 months old soon and is her other "full time job" these days.

She studied photography in Escuela Activa de fotografia in Queretaro Mexico.  Her skills and passions started behind the camera and progressed further into the digital darkroom where she now spends most of her time editing and creating fine art behind the scenes.

She wants to give special thanks to her Grandfather Leopoldo Pizzini who inspired her from when she was 5 years old.  His passion behind the camera motivated her to pursue a career in this art of documenting and remembering life experiences.  

Chesira loves to travel to exotic places, listen to amazing music and to dance in the rain! 

Jonathan  joins team del Sol Photography in 2010. Originally from Pisa Italy, Jonathan explains that once he made his way to the Riviera Maya, he never turned back.  Recently, he received his Mexican citizenship and has no plans to go back to Italy! Jonathan is fluent in English,  Spanish and Italian. 

He has been shooting weddings in the Riviera Maya for the last 10 years.  With literally thousands of weddings under his belt, we are excited to cultivate his talents further!

He enjoys sports such as swimming, kickboxing and running.  When he has free time he does a lot of reading. Jonathan and his lovely wife Leila enjoy spending time with his 2 sons Joele y David.

Juan Jose has spent his entire life in the Yucatan Peninsula and has been lucky enough lately to be chasing his dream job shooting weddings.  He has spent the last few years photographing hundreds of weddings locally at one of the region's big hotels.   His energy and his motivation to see beauty are the first things you will notice about him!    

He spends much of his free time raising his beautiful son Uriel with his life partner Pita.  Together, they live in Playa del Carmen.  Any day behind the camera is a day in paradise to Juan.  He has been into art since a very young age where we always showed interest in sculpture, drawing and design.   

Juan enjoys exercise, wind surfing and lots of water sports.  He spends his day off at the beach with his family and loves taking photos of everything he does!
