We recently stumbled across a GEM location on the amazing Isla Mujeres, just quick ferry ride from Puerto Juarez in Cancun. This is really a sneak peek as we only had actually 1 night here. We did a quick tour of the presidential suite and I was too shocked at how big and beautiful it was that I forgot to take photosandhellip;DOH. OH, It was also occupied by the OWNER at the time so I really didn't want to intrude much.

We plan to do a more thorough inspection with more photos coming soon, especially coverage of the Presidential suite as well as the presidential japanese garden, the presidential infinity pool and master kitchen + living room suite with private back door entrance to the spa. WOW.

The house has 2 levels, the upper house as 2 infinity pools, restaurant and all the rooms. The lower section of the property has the beach access with a HUGE dock and patio area at the shore as well as a oceanside restaurant on the Southside of the island.

The neighbor property to the right in this photo is "Casa Vista de la Luz" Check out this wedding story there. I like that if you wanted to have all your friends next to each other and 10 rooms wasnt enough, this is a KILLER overflow option providing availability works out for both.

The entire property is decorated with fine fine furnishings and very nice art in each room.

I love the lines, contrast and colors.

The rooms are each given a name... Harmony and Peace were a few that come to my mind.

What a pleasure to have met Amanda and Jeremiah, a lovely day spent together shooting in the most beautiful spots of the Riviera Maya. Amanda has been blessed with an amazing and contagious smile and Jeremiah's eyes are the sweetest ever. Through out the shoot magic happened at every turn; a shared laugh, a dragonfly passed by to say hello, fishes enjoyed a floating wedding dress..was it a dream?

No, this is LOVE and LOVE rocks!

Ever year we try to plan a "TRIP" where we take off at least 3 -4 weeks to dedicate to see other paradises in this world. One of our absolute favorite things to do is to see the world, observe the cultures and document life around us. Very often, we are inspired by nature and find that Costa Rica and Panama are busting at the seams with eye candy for photographersandhellip;

We traveled to a friends wedding over the christmas holidays and visited Panama City and the Miraflores Locks and then were off to the mountain city of Boquete Panama where we were greeted by rainbows nearly every morning and every afternoon. One of the most amazing elements about Boquete is that the town is sitting on the edge of a cloud forest and thus nearly daily there is a breeze blowing this misty rain into the valley of these HUGE mountains and extinct volcanoes. The mist is called "bahareque" by the locals. This has to be on of the most incredible forces of nature I've ever seenandhellip;
