Today, I was diving in the Riviera Maya working on one of my on-going photojournalism projects, documenting the underworld of the Centoes here in the Yucatan. A full folio coming soon! Sol snapped this shot of me in action...
I was down for about one hour today at a depth, working on this amazing room. I was taking exposures that were 20+ seconds trying to get the most depth of field possible. When I'm in the water, I really feel like I'm flying! Here is a shot from about 22 feet down, notice the huge overhang and the finger of light coming in from above...Sol can be seen swimming in the center of the frame.
