Paradisus Elopement – Stephanie and Ryan

There was something so calming thinking the only person I am doing my hair for, putting my dress on for & reading my vows to was him :) I’ll never, ever forget that feeling.” – Stephanie
Why an elopement? For many brides the bigger the wedding the better! Stephanie and Ryan left busy lives at home for an unforgettable trip where there was no one to think about but the two of them. It’s a beautiful thought, being able to concentrate solely on the one you are about to marry.
“I married the man of my dreams in an extremely relaxing atmosphere. We took many adventures, learned lessons and laughed and loved a lot. We spent an entire ten days eating, relaxing, reminiscing, and we learned so much about each other. I wouldn’t change a thing.” – Stephanie
Stephanie and Ryan both wrote beautiful vows. Who can resist a man who starts his vows with “from the first time I laid eyes on you, I absolutely melted. Literally!!”. Reflecting on the words they exchanged Stephanie told us:
“I think reminiscing about our relationship – our troubles & our love… that we can get through anything. That we WILL get through anything.”
We love to know what were the most memorable moments of the day, for Ryan it was watching me walk through the trees towards him to our song and for Stephanie, it was the walk from the room to the beach.

Being asked to document an elopement is an honor, often the photographers and wedding planner are the only guests! Sometimes we find ourselves performing tasks usually reserved for family and friends and it really means the world when we hear that we became a valuable part of the day :)

Missing my family & friends & nervous/excited about walking down that… beach trail lol, you kept me focused on what was important.
