The Viceroy Riviera Maya wedding of Jordan and Cody was a laid-back yet elegant affair on the beach, bringing together the newlyweds and their families in an intimate celebration. Bride Jordan describes the Viceroy Riviera Maya as “a Gilligan’s Island vibe but luxurious too”, an accurate description of this exclusive resort near Playa del Carmen. The wedding day began with the “getting ready” in the suites of the Viceroy.

The ceremony on the beach was intimate and personal, the bride was escorted down the aisle by her two handsome sons and a family member officiated. It was a moving ceremony, full of the warmth and love of all in attendance.  In his classic Armani suit, groom Cody embraced his new bride and was welcomed to the family by her children.

When we asked Jordan why they chose Del Sol Photography, here is what she shared with us:

What DOESN’T attract us to de Sol??? ;) Your pictures are amazing! I feel as though I know the brides and grooms from the moments you capture of the couples, families and friends. . . and the beautiful scenery too. Plus, I don’t pose well in pictures. Candid pictures are always better. I haven’t looked at all of your website albums, but a couple of my favorites are Dessa and Phil at Le Reve. . . Alexa and Nathaniel at La Zebra Tulum. . . and of course the weddings at the Viceroy like Amanda and Pete. I LOVE the lighting during their ceremonies, and how relaxed and happy the mood is.

We are so humbled by these words, thank you so much for your kindness and care.  We love our clients and even more love chasing love stories.  Thank you Jordan and Cody for trusting our creative vision.

Jordan wore a gorgeous gown by Victor Harper couture, her hair and makeup by The Styling Trio.
