A vacation photoshoot, birthday celebration and engagement session all in one! Ramona and Scott crammed so much awesomeness into their Hyatt Ziva engagement photo session! It was forecasted to rain but the weather held out and the clouds and water made for a perfect backdrop.
“We wanted to treasure some of the memories from our first time visiting Mexico, but not worry about having to bring our camera around everywhere. So we decided to do a photoshoot!
“We thought it would be best for someone local (Sol) to take us around, and look for the best places for artsy photos.”
“Scott’s original plan was to propose in Mexico, but his friends persuaded him that it would be simpler to propose ahead of time. That way we didn’t have to worry about safekeeping the ring!”
Del Sol: What did you feel the fist time you saw the Blue Cancun Ocean?
“OMG this is beautiful! Just like in the pictures – this would be the perfect place to get married ;)”
Del Sol: You went all over Hyatt Ziva with Sol! What was the most fun part and what was the most fun you had on your holiday?
“The most fun we had during the holiday was exploring the ocean in Mexico, through snorkeling and also rappelling in the underground rivers.”
“The most fun during the photoshoot was probably the hammocks. We made splashes with the water, I never knew hammocks were supposed to be swung that way… haha”
Del Sol: How was your experience with the del Sol team?
“It was really good! At first I was a little apprehensive because everything was dealt with online. Turns out everyone is super friendly and open, we had tons of fun.”
Del Sol: Why did you choose Hyatt Ziva for you vacation?
“Initially Hyatt Ziva was chosen for it’s location and it’s turquoise tower (adults only section). It’s surrounded on 3 sides by the ocean. The views were FANTASTIC.”
“When we got there, the staff was super nice. We had our own personal butler, and they decorated my room for my birthday (big surprise). Overall, they made us feel really welcome and special. Anyone that stood out? Would probably be our Butler Ulises; always so friendly! We can’t wait to go back! ”
