 This is the story of the Cancun Destination Wedding at Nizuc Resort of Erika and Luis.  This set the scene for the wedding of  a gorgeous couple from Mexico. With an intimate group of close friends and family, the couple celebrated a Mayan ceremony at sunset, joined together with the blessings of the universe by officiants “Ceremonia Maya”.

Mayan ceremonies are such a pleasure to witness and photograph, with beautiful floral offerings and the participation of all the guests, it is a personal and moving experience. The wedding day continued with a more formal and elegant civil ceremony on the Nizuc Resort pier under a gazebo bedecked in flowers and crystals with a live classical quartet providing the soundscape. The sunset made for an incredible backdrop, the oranges and reds and purples burning up the sky, a stunning moment to capture.
