“Mike and I met 10th grade in biology class. I had no idea who he was until Mike’s best friend Macho said something to me about how Mike liked me… I didn’t pay any attention to Macho because I felt bad for Mike, he was sooo embarrassed, I knew because his ears were turning really red!”
On April 4, 2004 we became official. We graduated high school together and got our first college degree together. We started to travel the U.S. together as well as out of the country. On April 07, 2012 Mike and I went to Hawaii to visit Mike’s brother who was stationed there.”
“We drove to Waikiki beach, I remember till this day how beautiful the water looked and how clear and blue it was. I was very excited because we had a professional photographer taking family photos of us at this gorgeous beach. All of a sudden Mike dropped down to one knee. I was so shocked that when Mike asked me to marry him my first response was “did you ask my mom for approval?!” But of course I said YES!!”
“The moment was so perfect. I always joked around with Mike and told him if anyone ever proposes to me I want it caught professionally. He made it happen!”
“The first time Mike and I went to Cancun we knew this is where we wanted to get married. We loved the clear blue water, white sand and the environment of how friendly and welcoming everyone is. It truly was paradise!”

“We decided to have a destination wedding because Cancun is our favorite vacation spot and because we got engaged on the beach with clear blue water and we wanted something similar. We always been on vacation with just the two of us and we thought it would be nice to finally vacation with a group of people and celebrate a whole week with them and not just for one day.
“On April 23, 2016 we got married and I married my high school sweetheart and my best friend. The most amazing moment of our wedding was finally saying our “I Do’s” and having everyone come out from California, Boston, Missouri and New Jersey to share our special moment with us.”
“My dad was so excited to finally walk me down the isle. I also had my mom walk me down the isle as well because they have BOTH been part of our lives. It meant a lot to me to have both of them walk me down the isle. But my dad is a jokester and I remember him saying “ one down, 2 more to go” talking about my other 2 sisters… I thought it was sooo funny!”
