Tulum #Destinationwedding – Akiin Beach Club

The destination wedding of Dayna and Andrew was a great fiesta! Dayna describes herself and Andrew as “really extroverted” people who love planning parties and events with their friends (and professionally!). They were looking for a unique wedding venue and found just what they wanted in the Akiin Beach Club for a Tulum #destinationwedding. This is a “rustic chic” property with a beautiful palapa that makes it a great place for a beach wedding.

It’s got a lot of character and soul, something totally different for those looking for an alternative to the all inclusive hotels. As an event planner, Dayna put her trust and faith in Fresa Weddings and Kristee did not let her down. She organized an incredible wedding that allowed the energetic couple to enjoy their day with their close family and friends without a worry.

When we asked the couple why they chose Del Sol Photography, here is what they had to say:

My fiancé and I love taking pictures. We may not be amazing at it but we appreciate people who are. While hunting for a great venue I found you guys! I was excited that I wouldn’t have a hard time picking who we wanted for a photographer and Del Sol Photography was the most amazing Tulum #destinationwedding photographer. All of the photos have amazing color, life, framing, lighting, everything basically.

The brightly coloured flowers, the lively mariachis, a lot of great food, cold drinks and laughs (and the kiss-cycle!) made this an unforgettable wedding for this amazing couple. We were really excited that Dayna and Andrew joined us for a trash the dress session too!
