Scott is part of a faith based men’s workout group. Their main piece of workout equipment is a “coupon” (cinderblock). So if we are able to find a cinderblock after we get to Mexico we might bring that to incorportate somehow. Scott works as a nutrition and wellness coach. In his life before kids he was all about camping, hiking, and mountaineering.
