After photographing Karla doing muscle-ups in her dress on her wedding day we expected nothing less than 100% awesomeness from Karla and Chris. They did not disappoint and were absolute troopers despite the blue lips and goosebumps that come from having about 0.5% body fat!!!! We asked them to tell us a little more about their Trash the Dress experience!
“We wanted to do something totally different on top of already traveling to Mexico for our wedding. When we saw Del Sol Photography’s beautiful Trash the Dress gallery, we thought it looked incredibly fun and we were up for the challenge!”
“We also had no clue what we would do with Karla’s dress after the wedding so we couldn’t think of a better and more beautiful way to preserve my dress than doing a Trash the Dress shoot.
“Friends and family definitely thought we were a little nuts! Even showing them some of the photos afterwards they couldn’t believe we were actually underwater even though the photo was in front of them.” – Chris

“The experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity! We had an absolute blast with Polly and Debora. It was definitely harder swimming and moving around in the water than we had thought it would be, but also much more fun than imagined.” – Karla + Chris

“Polly and Debora were so much fun and such professionals! They had all of the details planned out well before the day. They took care in planning the day and giving us a heads up on what to expect. They made sure we were fed and hydrated with snacks and water all day! They made us feel relaxed and ensured we were enjoying ourselves every step of the way!” – Karla + Chris

“A Trash the Dress truly is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Don’t pass it it up if you are thinking about it! It really will bring you closer as a couple and it’s also an amazing way to preserve the memories of your dress/suit after your big day.”
