Sandy and Hugo had a beautiful splash of Mexican-American culture wedding. Starting with their catholic ceremony at the Nuestra Señora del Carmen chapel they chose the luxury touch that the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen for their reception and special performances by marachis, charos (Rope handling cowboys) and cultural dances. Sandy’s Grand Hyatt Playa Wedding and the location was very special for her as she works for Hyatt corporation.
Hyatt Playa del Carmen wedding is a fantastic choice for a range of reasons. The resort is brand new, amazingly photogenic beach-front and the luxurious details. All this together means the hotel makes a fabulous backdrop for any wedding. Personally, we love the giant whale sharks on the walls.
Sandy and Hugo chose to get married in the famous chapel on the 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen. The Nuestra Señora Del Carmen Chapel is cute and quaint and on a major landmark in the city. We actually list this chapel as one of the most popular chapels in the Riviera Maya.
The chapel is a colonial style with as mermaid arch and nearly oceanside downtown.
Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen has 314 guestrooms with 36 suites and bridal suites to accommodate the largest of wedding or event groups.
They also have an amazing beachfront that is 460 feet of beautiful white sand lining the face of the hotel in one of the hottest and convenient locations next to 5th avenue downtown Playa.
Hugo and Sandy had very cute Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen wedding and one of our favorite parts of their story was when they had the Mariachi performers singing and serenading them. Some of these photographs evoke so much movement and motion.
