It’s a special type of couple who decides to do a trash the dress! Not every bride who wants to have perfect hair and makeup, put on a white dress then go climbing around in the jungle and jump in the water. Not every groom who is up for several hours of photoshoot either! It’s an even MORE special couple who decides to not only do all of the above, but to embrace their Adam and Eve fantasy and take their clothes off! To those brave and awesome couples who go the jungle boudoir route – we salute you – because we LOVE to make these art images.
We asked Jacqueline to tell us more about her reflections of the day.
Del Sol: Why did you decide to do a trash the dress – did you family and friends think you were crazy?
Jacqueline: “Trash the dress was a unique opportunity that I didn’t want to miss out on. My sister thought I was crazy for doing it, but I had support from everyone else.”
Del Sol: Tell us about your trash the dress experience!
Jacqueline: “Our trash the dress was a one of a kind experience. I imagined it a certain way, but the experience itself exceeded my expectations. Polly made the experience very easy, fun, memorable, and special. We wanted to share with our friends and family as soon as our photoshoot was over.”
Del Sol: You guys included some jungle boudoir or “Adam and Eve” style photos in your session. Talk to us about how you felt being in lingerie and even naked in the jungle!
“We figured, what the heck, why not go after the full experience, Adam and Eve style photos aren’t offered everywhere, let’s go after it. We were comfortable being naked in the jungle, it was private and no one was around.” – Jacqueline
Del Sol: How was your experience with Del Sol team?
Jacqueline: “Polly and the Del Sol team are AMAZING. We enjoyed her professionalism, positive attitude, and her ability to make us feel welcome throughout the photoshoot, she even fed us and gave us something to drink. Polly truly exceeded our expectations.”
Del Sol: What would be your advice for other couples considering a trash the dress and some sexy jungle boudoir?
“Go in with an open mind, and move forward with your Trash the Dress. You won’t regret it!” – Jacqueline
