“If you start planning more than 12 months out don’t be alarmed if the coordinator or vendors don’t seem very responsive at first. A few months before the wedding they’ll start reaching out for confirm all details. Also, if you have the chance of visiting the hotel prior to the event we highly suggest you do so. We did so 10 months before the wedding and we took this time to meet all of our vendors and talk through any ideas we had.”
