Riviera Maya Trash The Dress Cenote and Beach – Amanda and Daniel
Principal photographer: Debora Planning and executing a destination wedding is a big job for most, for Amanda and Daniel, they faced some challenges that almost forced them to cancel. We are so glad they overcame the obstacles and were able to celebrate their Now Jade wedding and join us for a trash the dress shoot too! After sharing in their wedding day, Debora was pleased to get to know the couple on a more personal level, sharing a day in the jungle, in a cenote and on the beach of the Riviera Maya. Amanda brought along a special gown just for the trash the dress shoot and let her hair down to embrace her inner mermaid. The couple are both yoga fans, it is always fun to work with people who are in touch with their bodies, it definitely helps underwater. The cenote was full of catfish, bringing a whole cast of background performers to the shoot. A sweet little puppy joined in the action too, getting some good belly rubs from all before we moved on to the beach to play in the waves. It was a beautiful Mexican Caribbean day, blue skies and fluffy white clouds, the universe definitely blessed this shoot. Daniel was a superstar, a few wasp stings couldn’t hold him down, just took some cold Corona to get him back in the groove. When we asked Amanda why they chose Del Sol Photography, here is what she shared with us:
We had a vision for how we wanted our wedding to be like and we found that vision in Del Sol’s photography. Del Sol just captures the truth. Honest moments. Your photography is very romantic. A very talented team. I’m not sure if I can exactly describe in words what attracts me to Del Sol, I think that it was just more of a feeling I got when viewing your gallery. We’re excited to have a photographer that will capture the best moments, but who will also lead great direction and I sense that from the photos in your gallery. I’m a fan.
