Principal photographer: Sol Tamargo
Vivian and Sean were married in 2001 in a civil ceremony, no white dress, no princess dream wedding. Now with their own business and two small boys, the big wedding didn’t seem to be as much of a priority but they were looking to have some beautiful photos to capture their love and turn it into a piece of art. Finally in her white gown by Alfred Angelo, beautiful Vivian and her husband Sean ventured into the jungle with photographer Sol for a trash the dress shoot in a sacred cenote. A little rain couldn’t take away from the beauty of the day (and everyone was going to get wet anyway!). There were a lot of laughs and love and little fishies making guest appearances in the cenote shots before the shoot moved to a nearby beach. The stormy skies set a stunning background as Vivian and Sean splashed in the waves and rolled in the sand.
When we asked Vivian why they chose Del Sol Photography, here is what she shared with us:
All of your pictures are just amazing. the underwater photos are beyond breathtaking. its more than photography, it’s art.
Del Sol Photography would like to express our thanks to Vivian and Sean for inviting us to capture their passion and love, we wish you both many more years of happiness together.
I absolutely love the slide show. It’s amazing. I was a bit skeptical about the rain but once we were there I just let go and enjoyed every moment. I’m so happy with the end result. Amazing work. Sol, Regina and Arub were great, so professional yet so much fun. Please tell Arub, thanks to him I still have that song; “saca la botana, saca la botana” stuck in my head. (I think that’s how the song goes). I cannot express how outstanding the whole experience was. You have a great team.
