Beauty is life when life unveils her holy face.
But you are life and you are the veil.
Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror.
But you are eternity and you are the mirror – Beauty by Kahlil Gibran
We always pay attention to the words people choose to share on their wedding day. A French groom reading a poem from a Lebanese-American author to his Mexican wife, in Spanish, was a first for us! The words themselves, concerning the endless search to define beauty gave a wedding on Mexican sand a distinctly French touch – always trust a Frenchman to bring philosophy into any occasion :)
Michelle and William’s wedding was not only about getting married it was also a way to say goodbye to Mexico before moving to William’s home country, France. With friends coming from Europe, the USA and Mexico, Michelle told us she wanted an intimate, relaxed and beautiful celebration. Between working, planning their wedding AND moving country a little escape to Tulum was a perfect idea.
Tulum… well it is a place that everyone must know at least once! When asked by our friends and family about our preferences regarding wedding locations or places to visit, we always recommend Tulum in the Riviera Maya. Mostly because of the boutique and bohemian feeling of the location. Everything feels laid back and super easy going and that is one of the major reasons all of our clients stay in Tulum. Not to mention that some of our favorite tourist locations are so centrally located around Tulum such as some of our favorite cenotes, the ruins of Tulum and Coba, and the amazing and mind blowing Sian Kaan Nature Reserve.
