Live Aqua Cancun Beach Trash the Dress

After their destination wedding at Live Aqua Cancun, newlyweds Jessika and Edwin let their hair down for a beach trash the dress shoot with photographer Sol. Their gorgeous wedding was full of tradition, incorporating Korean costume and ritual into the day. The casual trash the dress shoot allowed us to get to know the couple better and we had a such great time with them! After some “formal” shots by the pool, Sol brought the couple to the shore of the Mexican Caribbean Sea, playing in the surf, rolling in the sand and having a lot of laughs. The waves in Cancun are strong, quite a change for us after the calm waters of the cenotes, Sol and the newlyweds sure got tossed around, but all in good fun with some great results!

Energetic, fun and sexy, that’s the vibe I love the most!  It’s been a long time since I shot a trash the dress on the beach in Cancun, and I forgot about the ferocity of those waters! That just added to the fun! I was being tumbled around with my big camera laughing big with Jessica and Edwin, we were like kids on a playground.. Amazing!! — Sol
