Almost Rainy Now Jade Wedding – Juliana and Adam
“I promise to celebrate all the highs and to lift you up through all of the lows” – Adam’s Vows
“During our ceremony, the officiant asked us what else we might wish for to make our wedding day more perfect. That is when we realized we were surrounded by loved ones in a Mexican paradise.
Our friends and family had traveled a great distance in support for our relationship and love for one another. My husband and I were standing by the sea, holding hands and eyes locked, promising to love one another for the rest of our lives. That is when we realized that the little details we had agonized over didn’t matter after all. Nothing could have made the moment better because it was already perfect! We were still madly in love and becoming husband and wife” – Juliana
Juliana and Adam chose Now Jade for their destination wedding. They liked the idea of being surrounded by the turquoise ocean and green jungle rather than high-rise hotels. Juliana and Adam also selected red and aqua as their wedding colors before they chose a resort: red is their favorite because it’s fiery and bold and aqua: the color of the Caribbean Sea representing relaxation and tranquility. Juliana told us that when they saw that the guest suites at the Now Jade were decorated with those same colors, they felt we were destined to stay there!
“If rain on your wedding day is a symbol of good luck, we can expect a lifetime of happiness together!” – Adam
Juliana and Adam met on a dark and storm night and the rain followed them to their wedding day – though it held off to give them an outdoor ceremony and epic skies at portrait time. Maybe the rain is really the bringer of great things ;)
The stormy skies brought with them relief from the heat with clouds and a cool breeze. The rain arrived once everyone was safely covered, bringing with it dark skies and soothing background noise and helped us refocus our attention away from all of the minor wedding details and allowed us to truly live in the moment. – Juliana + Adam
