Over the last 14 years, many of our couples have worked with the amazing humans who make up the AMResorts wedding team. They’re a group of professionals under the umbrella of Apple Leisure group’s AMResorts hotels. Working with them has led to real friendships and many wonderful professional experiences. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Claudia at MANY AMResorts hotels. We’re excited that she is the wedding manager at the brand new Dreams Vista – opening in 2020! Dreams Vista is a brand new family-friendly all-inclusive located inside the gated community of Puerta del Mar. Neighbors are private residences and Puerto Cancun golf course, 30 minutes from Cancun airport and 15 minutes from Cancun downtown. We recently took a flight to document what the region’s amazing attractions, hotels, and beaches look like without people and snagged an aerial photograph of Dreams Vista!

Anel and Now Sapphire have a very special place in our hearts, as Del- Sol Co-Founder Matt photographed Anel’s wedding! Now Sapphire is one of our fave family-friendly destination wedding locations. The resort refurbished its guest accommodation in 2019. Now Sapphire also added several new wedding locations, including an inside ocean view venue and an onsite chapel for Catholic and religious weddings. With their new waterpark due to open in 2020, Now Sapphire is a very attractive resort to host a family-friendly destination wedding!

Gaby is an amazing person to know. We’ve considered her a member of the Del Sol family for quite some time. Gaby has been at the helm of the Dreams Riviera Cancun weddings for MANY years now. The wedding planning operation at Dreams Riviera Cancun under her administration is very impressive. DRC is a very popular wedding resort and hosts a significant percentage of AMResorts weddings. The amount of happy DRC couples speaks volumes about the team of 9 specialists. Dreams Riviera Cancun recently added the Oceana Rooftop terrace: a private ocean view wedding venue that’s becoming our new fav!

She shows the property inside and out and is also one of the coolest, calmest and kindest humans you could ever hope meet. Dreams Tulum is one of the most popular AMResort wedding locations and they have the venues to back it up. An onsite Catholic chapel, gardens, rooftop terrace and beaches for days. Dreams Tulum has a ton of reasons that’ll make you fall in love with this location.

We have also known Sandy for almost a decade. She has been the wedding manager at Now Jade for 4 years and many many years at Dreams Tulum before that. Her beautiful daughter Isabel is her inspiration! Now Jade has recently undergone renovations, including the addition of the ocean view Carnival Terrace and the Patio Terrace. Sandy showed us how amazing the Patio Terrace space can accommodate large wedding groups with panoramic views of the ocean at one of our recent Now Jade weddings.

The brand new Now Natura Riviera Cancun is an exciting addition to the family-friendly Now Resorts group with 553 ocean view rooms. Now Natura is the first resort in the Riviera Maya to have been designed and built with the Now Resorts style. The design and decor are sumptuous, inspired by the Mayan jungle. The Spa is unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. A magical grotto complete with waterfalls and greenery to complete your jungle fantasy. We were lucky enough to have a sneak peek site inspection in January 2020 with the Del Sol Travels Team and we’re excited to photograph weddings there!
