Dreams Tulum Beach Wedding Photography- Sarah and TJ
“We love to have a good time and so do our friends and family. The energy at our wedding came from our guests. They made the best of a rainy day!” – Dreams Tulum Beach Wedding
Looking at Sarah and TJ’s photos you can’t help noticing the SMILES! Sure there are a few happy tears in there but their images are overwhelmingly full of grins and LOLs! Their Dreams Tulum beach wedding was threatened by cloudy skies but Sarah made the call to keep the ceremony on the beach and it was worth it! We think rain rain on your wedding day is awesome and nothing to be afraid of! Having an awesome wedding team with a positive attitude certainly adds to an amazing wedding day, whatever the weather. Sarah was kind enough to share her refections about their day:
“We wanted our Dreams Tulum Beach Wedding to be a party! We wanted everyone gathered together to spend the weekend, and we love the beach. There is no beach in St. Louis, so we traveled to Mexico to get married with our toes in the sand, surrounded by our friends and family having a great time with us.”
“Our loved ones spent their weekend or their week with us, sharing their enthusiasm and joy and positivity. Our wedding party especially kept smiles on our faces and made everything so special.”
“The ceremony was also energetic and perfect because our officiant brought her personality and charisma to the occasion. Sushma’s words reflected who we are and what our commitment is about. She laughed through the wind and made our ceremony unique and sweet.”
“I think it was everyone’s favorite part of the ceremony when TJ forgot the very last part of the vows he had spent all day memorizing. I’ve heard from his groomsmen that he locked himself in the bathroom so that he could practice in peace!”
“The fact that at the very end he forgot the promises the wanted to make was so endearing and sweet.”
“TJ’s most amazing moment was the first look or opening his new watch. He also specifically remembers his father pinning on his boutonniere. None of his groomsmen knew how to do it, so he called over his dad because he knew his dad could help him.”
“My mom, Vicky Zimmerman’s, speech at the reception where she talked about all the people that we wished were there but couldn’t make it was perfect. It was so nice to be able to think about the people we wished could have been with us.
“Our Dreams Tulum wedding coordinator, Yesenia Garcia, is a miracle. She made everything happen. She was patient when I couldn’t make up my mind. Her and her team made the impossible outdoor ceremony happen.”
“I do not have enough positive and glowing things to say about Yesenia. I distinctly remember when Yesenia came in as we were getting ready and asked if we wanted to do the ceremony outside. Initially, I was filled with such panic because I didn’t know what to do. But my mom and Yesenia and Debora knew exactly what to do.
“If they hadn’t been there to make the decisions they knew I wanted, we wouldn’t have had the stunning ceremony with our toes in the sand that we got to have.”
A huge thanks to Sarah for her wonderful words. Big congrats to Sarah and TJ from the whole Del Sol Team!
