Orthodox Wedding on the Gabi Bridge, Paradisus La Esmeralda – Jackie and Chris

Jackie and Chris’ wedding was a formal and elegant affair at the luxurious Paradisus la Esmeralda resort. Jackie was movie-star gorgeous in her gown by KittyChen Couture and Jimmy Choo shoes with her handsome groom Chris beside her looking sharp in Hugo Boss. Guests were dressed to the nines too, not your typical beach casual destination wedding!

It is wonderful for us to witness different cultural wedding traditions, each with their own particular meaning. Jackie and Chris incorporated Assyrian Christian Orthodox wedding traditions in their ceremony, held on the Paradisus Gabi Bridge. The crowning of the bride and groom is an Orthodox tradition proclaiming the bride and groom as king and queen, entrusted with authority to rule their family in faith and love and harmony.

Paradisus wedding coordinator Jessica did a fantastic job of creating magic, the flowers by Alquimia Events were truly amazing and the reception in the Gabi Club was dynamic and full of life and love.

Debora was there to capture all the beauty, emotion and indeed the great party that followed! Thanks Jackie and Chris for including us in your special day, we wish you both a long and happy lifetime together.
