The destination wedding of Eleanor and Hazen was a celebration of love and the joining of two families together at Now Jade Resort. Bride and groom are both in the Canadian Army, at first they had a hard time finding themselves in the same place at the same time, but eventually the universe brought them together. They fell in love and had an adorable baby girl. Hazen has three adult sons as well, the blending of the families was the main theme of the wedding day.

The couple really wanted a low key event and wedding coordinator Fernando Hernandez of the Now Resorts gave them just what they wanted, simple elegance in the decor, flowers and a fun party for all to enjoy. A little bit of rain could not put a damper on the day, there were smiles on everyone’s faces and lots of laughs. Baby Emily played a big role in the joining of her parents, she really is the cutest little thing. Here a comment from the photographer:

Eleanor and Hazen  have “ the cutest baby ever” !  They have a lovely story, they work for the Canadian army and for a long time they couldn’t be together. When they finally could be in the same city they got together, and had the sweetest baby girl and now complete their story getting married in the beautiful Caribbean.

The day was cloudy, but  really nice and very different. I really liked the umbrellas at the ceremony, they provide a really nice touch creating lines and different framings. One thing I loved was Eleanor’s getting ready with the baby. Oh, it was soo sweet, I just melt to see them. Cheers you guys! May you have more rainy days that feel like summer, like this day :) –
