Q. What attracts you to del Sol Photography? We really want to get to know our clients and this becomes a challenge with the virtual bride or groom and internet planning. We would really love to know why we meet your expectations as a potential photographer.

A. I was initially attracted to del Sol Photography when I saw a trash the dress gallery online. You seem to capture special moments and I like how artistically you capture environments.

Brides NEVER ask for rain, in fact, one usually doesn’t like associate the words “Wedding” and “Rain” together at all. Now imagine a destination beach wedding at the El Taj Hotel in Playa del Carmen: Riviera Maya…Caribbean Ocean background and one super boutique event. Now imagine a bride wishing for rain with those setting descriptors. HUH?

Holly and Matthew had been scoping out our work and knew that we carried our cameras in the rain… In a rare occurrence Holly actually wished for rain! For once the rain Gods obliged – thank you Chaac! The resulting images are some of our favorite ever rain pictures – enjoy!
