“We know” this concept of “flowing with life”, we have a lot of information in our minds, and yet is not that easy!
One thing is knowing in our minds and another one, really integrating a concept in our body and soul.
We integrate and learn something when we do it. When we allow ourselves to experience it in our bodies, then the information, the energy finds a home”
This is the premise behind designing this experience DOING something to send a signal to our brain, integrating the concept. “FLOW”
Let’s go for a Moxche Flow session!!
The Mayan word MOXCHE means tree root. In my analogy we are the tree, and to become really strong, we need to have flexibility, we must learn to be solid, yet have the capacity to “FLOW”
It is magical that due to the conditions of our soil in the Yucatan, we actually see the root trees flowing in the water, at the underground rivers, the cenotes.
Hence is very natural to me, to play with that concept and invite you to become that playful tree underwater, solid, and flowing
Secrets Moxche has amazing pools of water where this experience becomes Art.
We invite you to come to WATER the element of “Flow” and feel this in body and soul.
Our intention is to deliver something that goes beyond the FINE ART you will receive in imagery, besides that you will:
- LEARN About your own temperament and what you need specific to allow yourself to “FLOW” Our individual personalities will find different ways to enjoy being underwater, paying more attention to what the body is experiencing and how to make it look amazing underwater.
- LEARN how to stay longer underwater we are master freedivers and will teach you.
- EXPERIENCE “deep” Joy by feeling new sensations in the body that will lead to awakenings in your human experience.
The mere fact of traveling is already opening your heart to receive new experiences. Here we are combining FINE ART, which will be tailored to who you are and what you wish to experience with us.

- I want to look pretty underwater let’s focus on that
- I want to experience my body and how to take this into a meditation experience
- I must FLOW more with LIFE, lets’s make the experience about teaching my body THAT
- I want to go with the FLOW and see what my body does
